The Advisor Program

Join Inspo.

A selective affiliation for advisors who plan travel the way it should be planned: quietly, precisely, and with the client in mind before they ask.

Inspo Travel works with a small number of advisors. We are not a host agency and we are not a marketplace. We offer the brand, the standards, the supplier relationships, and the operational support that allow an experienced professional to build a serious private travel practice.

The Distinction

This is not a
host agency.

A host agency rents you a licence and leaves you to it. This program is closer to a practice: a shared standard of work, a brand clients recognise, and a set of systems built so that nothing quietly falls through.

Advisors here own their client relationships. What they do not carry alone is the infrastructure behind those relationships, the supplier negotiation, the documentation, the escalation at two in the morning when a flight cancels in another time zone.

In exchange, we hold a high bar. Every advisor represents the same brand, so every file is expected to read like it came from the same house.

Candidates

Who this is
for.

  • Experienced advisors with a following

You already have clients who call you first, and you want a brand and an operating structure that match the standard of the travel you sell.

  • Hospitality and aviation professionals

You have spent years in luxury hotels, private aviation, yachting, or guest relations, and you understand service at close range.

  • Corporate and entertainment travel specialists

You have managed complex logistics under pressure, and you want to apply that discipline to private travel.

  • Career changers with genuine access

You come from a different field but hold real relationships with people who travel at the top of the market, and you are prepared to learn the craft properly.

Candour

Who this is
not for.

  • You are looking for a side project rather than a professional practice.

  • You expect leads to be handed to you.

  • You want a discount travel card rather than a client business.

  • You prefer volume bookings over considered, high-value planning.

  • You are not comfortable operating under a shared brand standard.

Compensation

Three tiers.

Splits reflect production and experience. Placement is discussed during the interview process, and advisors move between tiers as their practice grows.

70 / 30

Emerging Advisor

New to the luxury market, or building a first book of business.

  • Templates, workflows, and quality review on every itinerary

80 / 20

Established Advisor

A proven producer with consistent annual sales and repeat clients.

  • Independent client ownership under the Inspo brand
  • Preferred partner benefits and rate access
  • Priority operational and after-hours support

90 / 10

Portfolio Advisor

A senior advisor with substantial production and a mature client portfolio.

  • Highest commission retention
  • Direct partner relationships and negotiated amenities
  • Input into program standards and advisor development

Commission splits apply to net commission received by Inspo Travel. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer of employment, a guarantee of leads, or a guarantee of income.

Questions

Asked and
answered.

Is this an employment position?
No. Advisors are independent professionals affiliated with Inspo Travel unless a final written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Do you provide leads?
No. Advisors generate and service their own clients. We provide the brand, systems, access, and support that make that work easier to sell and deliver.
Is income guaranteed?
No. Earnings depend entirely on the business you write and the clients you retain.
Do I need existing clients?
Not always. Emerging advisors are considered when there is genuine access, relevant experience, and a serious commitment to building a practice.
Can I keep my own agency brand?
No. Accepted advisors operate publicly under the Inspo Travel brand and may not run a competing travel-agency brand while affiliated.
How long does the review take?
Reviews are handled personally rather than on a fixed schedule. Candidates who move forward are contacted directly about next steps.

Apply

If this sounds like
your practice.

The application takes time, deliberately. It asks about your experience, your clients, and how you handle the moments that decide whether a trip is remembered fondly. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can return to it.
